CARRD encourages stakeholders to become educated on California’s high-speed rail project, and to engage and participate in order to have the best possible outcome. One way to learn more about the project is to read through the High Speed Rail Authority’s environmental review documents — which gives insights on what is intended to be built — another way is to read the public’s response to those studies — which gives insights on what may be of concern to those plans. These multiple perspectives lead to a fuller understanding of the vision and challenges of California’s HSR project.
The environmental review documents can be found on the High Speed Rail Authority’s website. On this page we share EIR Comments which have been submitted to the HSRA by public stakeholders. The documents are organized from north to south by EIR segment. This is a growing list; send suggested additions to info@calhsr.com.
